2. It is submitted on behalf of the State that commercial quantity of narcotic substance has been seized from the ERikshaw which belongs to the present accused petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of crime and prima facie involvement of the present accused petitioner in the alleged crime, prayer for anticipatory bail is considered and rejected.
