The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of G. R. Case No. 436 of 2022 arising out of New Jalpaiguri Police Station Case No. 93 of 2022 dated 17th January, under Sections 447/325/307/379/406/400/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record wherein it appears that the case is of the order 2022, the revisional application is disposed

of with the direction that the trial court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the G. R. Case No. 436 of 2022, expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order.
