Pursuant to the direction of this Court a detailed calculation of the gratuity, leave salary and revised arrear pension under ROPA 2009 has been furnished before this Court by Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the North Bengal State Transport Authority, a copy where of has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the calculation and/or any portion thereto the petitioner will be at liberty to apply before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. The prayer with regard to the interest is not considered at this stage and the petitioner is at liberty

to pray for the same on account of delayed payment of retirement benefits in accordance with law.

It is needless to mention that the releasing authority should disburse the pensionary benefit as calculated by the North Bengal State Transport Authority in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

With this direction the writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
