This is an application for bail pertaining to the Circuit Bench at Jalpaiguri.

We have heard the learned advocates for the parties and considered the materials in case diary. Earlier on 16th February, 2022, an application for bail was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the gravity of offence, petitioner's prima facie involvement and the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier and there is no subsequent change in circumstances in filing the present bail application, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
