It is submitted by the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have gone through the Case Diary and having regard to the nature of allegation, petitioner's prima facie involvement, the gravity of offence and the materials collected during investigation, we do not think that this is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage. The same is, accordingly, rejected. The application stands dismissed.
