Mr. K. Jairaman, IPS, ADG (Headquarters) has filed a report dated 28th June, 2023 stating that the investigation is still on and substantial headway has been made.

This Court is not inclined to share the report with any of the parties. The report is directed to be re-sealed and stapled at two places over the envelope and handed over to Mr. Amitesh Banerjees, learned senior counsel for the State, to return the same to Mr. K. Jairaman, IPS, ADG (Headquarters).

This Court is satisfied with the progress of the investigation.

The writ petitioner feels that there are some aspects of the investigation that have to be addressed. She may make a formal representation to Mr. K. Jairaman, IPS, ADG (Headquarters). The same may be considered by K. Jairaman, IPS, ADG (Headquarters) in his discretion. 5.
The investigation may be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from date.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of.
8.
There shall be no order as to costs.
9.
