In view of the above, the order dated 4th December, 2023 dismissing the writ petition for default stands recalled.

The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

The applications being IA No. CAN 1 of 2024 and CAN 2 of 2024 are disposed of.

Let affidavit-in-opposition to the writ petition be filed within a period of three weeks from date. Reply, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. 9.
