1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. We find sufficient incriminating materials against the present accused petitioner. We also do not find any supervening circumstances for entertaining the instant application for anticipatory bail.

3. In view of such, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

4. CRM(A) 386 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
