Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 15th June, 2026 at page 3 in paragraph 8 in 5th line mentioning the words "Treasury Officer, Jalpaiguri-II, Howrah"

instead of "Treasury Officer, Jalpaiguri-II". 3.

The words at page 3 in paragraph 8 in 5th line of the aforesaid order be read as "Treasury Officer, Jalpaiguri-II" in place of "Treasury Officer, Jalpaiguri-II, Howrah".

4.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

5.

The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

6.

This order shall form part of order dated 15th June, 2026.

7.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
