Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for bail. However, I find from the records of the case that on 29.11.2024 in CRM (NDPS) 549 of 2024, there was a direction by the coordinate Bench upon the learned Special Judge for taking sincere effort to conclude the trial within a year from the date of the said order. The said period is yet to be over. As such, the bail application preferred before this Court is premature.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 162 of 2025, is, thus, dismissed at this stage.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
