1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that considering the fact that the allegation as made out is not much exaggerated, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners may be considered.

3. Learned counsel for the State while opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail draws our attention to the injury report.

4. On perusal of the injury report of the victim it reveals that on account of assault of the accused petitioner, the victim in the alleged incident suffered dislocation of his two teeth. We also find some other injuries but those are not in vital parts of the body.

5. In view of such, we allow the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Raju Barman, Leela Sharma and Rishi Chhettri shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-each, with two sureties of like amount each, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also to comply with the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the petitioners shall also meet the Investigating Officer twice in a week till the submission of the final report.

7. CRM (A) 389 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

8. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
