1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground from one district to the other. Her application is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
3. Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
4. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
