1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that in view of the order dated 22.08.2023 passed in the writ proceedings finally disposing of the case, the present appeal arising out of an interim order of the same proceedings [WPA 680 of 2019] has become infructuous. He further submits that he would file an appeal afresh against the final order passed in the writ proceedings.

2. With liberty to file appeal afresh in accordance with law, the present proceedings are dismissed as infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
