The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the application filed on 30th September, 2022 under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Without entering into the merits of the said application, the instant civil revision application is disposed of by requesting the Learned Trial Court to take steps for expeditious disposal of the interim application at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 3.

It is expected that the said application shall be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The civil revision application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
