Mr. Salok Sah, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and as such the petitioner does not intend to proceed further with the writ petition. He seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition. He files a written instruction of the petitioner dated 16th June 2026, which is taken on record.

Learned Advocates for the respondents do not raise any objection.

In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 852 of 2026 is dismissed as being withdrawn.
