They have applied for anticipatory bail in connection with Rajganj Police Station Case No.260 of 2019 dated 21.08.2019 under sections 341/ 343/ 323/ 325/ 386 /506 /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Kundu, learned, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, anticipatory bail be granted. Mrs. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and hands up the case diary. Perused pages 13 and 14 being injury report and pages 7 and 8 being statements made under section 161 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the materials and nature of injuries, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Petitioners, in event of arrest, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each, one of whom must be local, having landed property, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and shall be subject to the condition, as in section

438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and on further condition that petitioners shall surrender before the Court below and obtain regular bail within a fortnight from date of this order. Criminal miscellaneous application, C. R. M. 1020 of 2019, is disposed of.
