The writ petition has been filed on 6th June, 2022. On 10th June, 2022 when the matter appeared in the list, the learned advocate representing the State prayed for service of the writ petition, as a consequence whereof, the matter was adjourned till 15th June, 2022. On 15th June, 2022 the matter was adjourned on the prayer of the petitioner and directed to appear before the next available Circuit Bench.

The list for this Circuit Bench was published on 10th May, 2024 giving sufficient time to the learned advocates to appear in their respective matters. Today, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner or the respondents. No accommodation is sought for. No one has also applied for virtual link to represent the petitioner in this writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
