1. Considering the materials available in the case diary, we grant liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court within two weeks from date.

2. The Trial Court shall consider the application for bail in accordance with law. The petitioner shall, in the meantime, meet the Investigating Officer and shall cooperate with the investigation.

3. In the event, the petitioner meets the Investigation Officer within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall not be arrested within a period of two weeks or till the date of surrender whichever is earlier.

4. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
