Mr. Sudipto Kumar Mazumdar, DSGI Mr. Ajoy Kumar Singhania ..for respondent nos.1 to 3 The writ petition was filed on 6th June, 2022 wherein the petitioner has ventilated her grievance in respect of the admission procedure in the post graduate medical courses that took place on the basis of the examination conducted by National Board of Examination in medical sciences NEET-PG in 2021.

The petitioner says that although she qualified in the said examination as OBC candidate but ultimately she was deprived from being given admission though there were vacancies in the All India quota as well as West Bengal State quota. The allegation is serious in nature. However, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the same.

The matter appeared on 10th June, 2022 after being filed when the petitioner was directed to serve upon the respondents. On 15th June, 2022 the matter was adjourned on the prayer of the petitioner. Today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. No adjournment is prayed for. No one has also applied to represent the petitioner on virtual mode.

The writ petition stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
