1. The petitioner prays for consideration of the representation dated 19th April, 2025.

2. On a perusal of the writ petition, there is nothing on record to suggest that the representation was served upon the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Darjeeling.

3. In view of the above, leave is granted to the petitioner to make formal application before the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Darjeeling.

4. If any representation is made, the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
