1. The petitioner prays for consideration of the representation dated 18th April, 2025 by the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Darjeeling.

2. Without entering into the merit of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Darjeeling to consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law, at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

4. It will be open for the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.) to call for records from the office of the DPSC, Darjeeling for arriving at a decision in the matter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
