Mr. K. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, this is a civil dispute in respect of money taken as advance for a land deal. The deal could not be made. His client will return the money. Mr. T. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and hands up the case diary. Perused the complaint, statements under section 161 and other materials therein. Mr. K.

Bhattacharjee submits further, four co-accused being family members and a person of the locality applied and were granted anticipatory bail by Sessions Court. His client's application stood rejected.
