2. The petitioner's application seeking general transfer is pending consideration at the end of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Cooch Behar.

3. Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned District Inspector of Schools to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all documents in support of his prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
