Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that certain inadvertent mistakes have crept in while drafting the instant writ petition and he prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. The respondents are represented through their respective learned counsels and do not oppose such prayer of the petitioner.
