Mr. Guha, learned advocate appears on their behalf and submits, they are apprehending arrest in connection with Malbazar Police Station Case no.335 of 2019 dated 05.09.2019 under sections 498A/325/302/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. He hands up certified copy of order dated 15th November, 2019, by which Co-ordinate Bench granted anticipatory bail to co-accused, named in the charge sheet. Mr. Luksom, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and relies on pages 54 and 40 in the case diary being post mortem report and bed ticket. We have perused the order and materials in the case diary. We are inclined to reject this application.
