Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conclude the selection process and to publish the merit list-cum-panel for the purpose of appointment of Anganwadi Workers under Child Development Project Officer, Cooch Behar-I. It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the selection process has been completed and final result was published on 4th February, and the appointment letters were handed over to the 67 successful candidates vide Memorandum dated 7th February, 2014. Accordingly, all the vacancies have been filled up.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

Accordingly the writ petition being WPA 1231 of 2022 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
