of dated 30.11.2017 under Sections 379/411/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code the present application has been preferred by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

Upon considering the materials in the case diary and the antecedents of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No. 1041 of 2019 is rejected.
