1. This is an application for relaxation of conditions for grant of bail, imposed by an order dated May 13, 2024. The petitioner was directed to report before the Officer-in-Charge, Mathabhanga police station once in a week until further orders and further restrained from entering the jurisdiction of Mathabhanga police station. It is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed.

2. Learned advocate for the State submits that there is no adverse report against the petitioner.

3. Under such circumstances, the above conditions are waived. All other conditions as per the direction of the order dated May 13, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
