1. The petitioner prays for consideration of the representation.

2. On a perusal of the writ petition it appears that there is nothing on record to suggest that the representation was served upon the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Darjeeling.

3. In view of the above, leave is granted to the petitioner to make formal application before the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Darjeeling.

4. If any representation is made, the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
