Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits in July, 2023 and trial was directed to be concluded within one year from the date of framing of charges. Time frame proposed by the co-ordinate Bench has not expired. Trial has already commenced. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
