Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siliguri is directed to segregate the trial of the accused persons who are present during the trial.
The case is of 2003. More than 19 years have passed. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate will fix at least one date in a week so that within a period of six months the trial of the case can be concluded.
With the aforesaid observations, CRR 122 of 2022 is disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
