Let the order of this Court dated 29.06.2026 in CRM(A) 345 of 2026 be modified by incorporating connected Police Station Case No. which is "Dhupguri Police Station Case No.155 of 2026 dated 23.05.2026 under Section 143(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 19/20/21/24 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025".
