1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 14.05.2024.

2. In the cause title of the order name of the "Ms. Jewel Chanda" shall be deleted and names of the following advocates on behalf of the petitioner be incorporated:- a) Mr. Tridip Saha b) Ms. Manisha Dutta

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order.

4. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

5. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
