1. This matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks modification of the cause title thereby correcting the name of the petitioner as well as the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, in order of this Court dated 29.6.2026, which are stated to have been written erroneously over there.

3. Hence, "Bapi Debnath" is replaced with Bappi Debnath" and "Mr. Kaushik Kumar Kanu", learned advocate for the petitioner is replaced with "Koushik Kumar Kanu".

4. This order is a part and parcel of this Court's earlier dated June 29, 2026. The rest portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
