Mr. Nabankur Paul, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Deborshi Dhar, learned advocate for the Siliguri Municipal Corporation jointly submits that the parties have arrived at a settlement.

The Corporation has agreed to demolish 23.5 feet of the boundary wall erected on the Vivekananda Roadside so that the petitioner can get the required elevation of the building to be constructed on the subject land.

The Corporation shall execute the agreed demolition work within a period of three weeks from date. In view of such amicable settlement nothing is left to be decided in the writ petition, WPA 1029 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
