The petitioner is not represented.

The petitioner has filed a suit for dissolution of his marriage with the opposite party by a decree of divorce. In such a suit the wife had filed an application for alimony pendente lite which has been disposed of by the learned Trial Judge by the order impugned directing the husband to pay alimony at the rate of Rs. 6,000/- per month.

The quantum of maintenance awarded being reasonable. This Court does not find any illegality and/or infirmity in the order impugned warranting interference.

C.O. 87 of 2019 is dismissed.

No order as to costs.
