Apprehending arrest in connection with Maynaguri P. S. Case No.117 of 2021 dated 14.03.2021 under Sections 377/302 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that the instant application has been wrongly registered. The learned Advocate for the petitioner prays for dismissal thereof.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as not pressed.
