The petitioner has filed the instant application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after being arrested in connection with Bhaktinagar P. S. Case No.525 of 2021 dated 23.05.2021 under Sections 21(b)/22(b) of N. D. P. S. Act. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
