The application for anticipatory bail is made by the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the victim. It is submitted that the death occurred by suicide 14 years after marriage and that the in-laws stayed separately from the victim and her husband. It is also submitted that the husband of the victim has been enlarged on bail after arrest.

Learned counsel for the State has produced the case diary. 3.

It appears from the case diary that the petitioners are absconding and have not cooperated in the investigation till date. They are named accused in the charge sheet that has already been filed.

In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
