Having considered the statement of the minor recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. read with the medical examination report, we are not inclined to grant bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail is, thus, rejected. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that out of 11 charge-sheeted witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined.

We direct the learned Trial Court to exercise power under Section 309 of the Cr.P.C. and expedite the trial. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (DB) 203 of 2023 stands disposed of.
