Learned advocates for the respective contemners uniformly submit that the order dated January 5, 2024 passed in WPA 28 of 2024 has been complied with and E-Pension Payment Order dated 1st October,2024 has been issued.

Mr. Jana, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received the benefits in terms of the Pension Payment Order. 4.
