Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain defects therein and seeks further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the same, the writ petition being WPA 1300 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
