Mr. Dhar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to challenge the report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Cooch Behar in compliance with the direction passed in WPA 46 of 2021, but, there is some technical defects in the writ petition, he therefore, prays leave to withdraw the writ petition and to file afresh.

In view of such stand of the petitioner, WPA 1052 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to challenge the said report in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.
