Inadvertent typographical errors had crept in the order dated 18th June, 2025.

In the cause title of order dated 18th June, 2025, the name of the learned Advocate be read as 'Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh ... for respondent nos.3 & 4 [West Bengal Board of Primary Education' in place and stead of 'Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh ... for respondent nos.5 & 6 [DPSC, Siliguri]'

In the third line of paragraph 1 of order dated 18th June, 2025, the words 'respondent-District Primary School Council, Siliguri' be read as 'respondent-West Bengal Board of Primary Education'. Furthermore, in the fourth line of paragraph 1 of the said order, the words 'on self medical ground' be added after the words 'for transfer'. 4.

In the first line of paragraph 3 as well as second line of paragraph 4 at page 2 of order dated 18th June, 2025, the words 'learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 5 and 6' be read as 'learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 3 and 4'.

Furthermore, in the first line of paragraph 5 at page 2 of the said order, the words 'Accordingly, this Court directs the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Siliguri (respondent no.5)' be read as 'Accordingly, this Court directs the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education (respondent no.4).'

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 7.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
