In absence of any instruction being received by the learned Counsel representing the State as regards proclamation and attachment has been issued against the petitioner who has been absconding for almost 6 years, we dispose of this matter by directing the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court within two weeks from date.
The petitioner may not be arrested for a period of two weeks. The learned Trial Court shall decide the application for bail on surrender on its own merits.
