Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the possession of the petitioner and the investigation of the case is still in progress. Having regard to the stage of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 194 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
