The petitioner is challenging an order passed by the adjudicating authority under Section 129(3) of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The order impugned is appealable under Section 107 thereof, the writ petition therefore, is not maintainable, W.P.A. 1057 of 2025 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs. This order however will not prevent the petitioner to file an appeal assailing the order impugned along with an application for condonation of delay.
