The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the petition is taken up for hearing through video conference.

The writ petition has been filed alleging inaction of the Block Development Officer, Dhupguri Block, in passing an order pursuant to the hearing held on March 12, 2021.

Today, the learned advocate for the State respondents hands over a copy of the order passed

by the Block Development Officer. The petitioner has accepted the said order. The order is taken on record. Nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
