His submits in fairness, his client's earlier application for bail was rejected on 19th June, 2019. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of State and hands up case diary on submission, pages 138, 190 204 and 209, being statements made under section 161 in Code of Criminal Procedure, hotel register, etc. be looked into.
On perusing materials in the case diary and submissions made on behalf of applicant recorded in order dated 19th June, 2019,
we find applicant has come up with a different version on this occasion. As such, we are not inclined to grant bail.
