Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of mistakes detected therein and seeks liberty to file fresh writ petition on the self same cause of action.

In view of the same, WPA 1315 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self same cause of action. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
